I used to spend a lot of time in planning my routine but fails to implement it.
Once I planned to wake up at 5.30 AM or 6 AM and go for morning walk for an half an hour everyday.
I was able to do it continuously for 7 days.The next day I thought I can skip for that day as it was too cold outside.So I skipped and without knowing to myself I stopped going for morning walk from then.
I wanted to share one more thing with you.
Once I decided to walk for atleast 10,000 steps everyday for better health and fitness.
Everyday I used to wear fitness band and used to walk as much as I can to see more than 10,000 steps in my fitbit band.
It continued for 1 month and without my knowledge stopped it as well.
Here is the schedule plan I wish to follow.
--> Wake up at 6 AM and go for morning walk till 6.30 AM.
--> Do Meditation for half an hour from 6.30 AM to 7AM.
--> Read a book from 7AM to 8 AM while drinking tea or coffee.
--> Fresh up and finish breakfast by 9 AM and reach office by 10 AM.
--> Doing office work effectively and reach home by 6 PM.
--> Spend time with family,friends etc from 6 PM to 9.30 PM wholeheartedly.
-->Learn something new and intresting related to job or personal life from 9.30 PM to 10 PM
and then go to sleep after recollecting what I did for that entire day for 5 minutes.
This is the routine I wish to follow except saturday and Sunday.
Weekends plan depends on my family, friends and situations.
