Change Blogger Name or profile Name in Blog.
Go to Blogger.com and sign in to it.Select the blog.
Go to Settings --> User Settings and then click on Edit of 'User Profile' as shown in the image below.
In the Edit User profile page,there is one section 'Identity' which shows Display Name attribute.
Change it as you like and click 'Save Profile' button.
