The daily schedule plan or routine that I wish to follow but fails to do it
Hi Readers,
I used to spend a lot of time in planning my routine but fails to implement it.
Once I planned to wake up at 5.30 AM or 6 AM and go for morning walk for an half an hour everyday.
I was able to do it continuously for 7 days.The next day I thought I can skip for that day as it was too cold outside.So I skipped and without knowing to myself I stopped going for morning walk from then.
I wanted to share one more thing with you.
Once I decided to walk for atleast 10,000 steps everyday for better health and fitness.
Everyday I used to wear fitness band and used to walk as much as I can to see more than 10,000 steps in my fitbit band.
It continued for 1 month and without my knowledge stopped it as well.
Here is the schedule plan I wish to follow.
--> Wake up at 6 AM and go for morning walk till 6.30 AM.
--> Do Meditation for half an hour from 6.30 AM to 7AM.
--> Read a book from 7AM to 8 AM while drinking tea or coffee.
--> Fresh up and finish breakfast by 9 AM and reach office by 10 AM.
--> Doing office work effectively and reach home by 6 PM.
--> Spend time with family,friends etc from 6 PM to 9.30 PM wholeheartedly.
-->Learn something new and intresting related to job or personal life from 9.30 PM to 10 PM
and then go to sleep after recollecting what I did for that entire day for 5 minutes.
This is the routine I wish to follow except saturday and Sunday.
Weekends plan depends on my family, friends and situations.

How to improve memory power everyday
Most of us are not confident to accept the fact that we have very good memory.We need to just focus and concentrate on what to memorize and what not to memorize.
Follow the following techniques to improve your memory power.
Technique 1: Memorizing numbers one after the other.
Everyday when you woke up,practise the following for couple of minutes.
Think of a number and repeat it.
When you think of a second number,repeat it along with first number.
Example:At first you thought of 7 and 2nd time you thought of 3,now repeat it as 7,3
Now when you think of 6 for the third time,repeat it as 7,3,6 and so on .Repeat the process everyday and evaluate the number of numbers that you can memorize.
Technique 2: Convert alphabet to number and viceversa.
Take a paper and write down all the alphabets from A to Z.Under each alphabet ,write the numbers in order from 1 to 26.
Example : A B C D.... Z
1 2 3 4... 26
Now practise first 5 alphabets conversion first day.For example when you think of C,you should remember 3 and when you think of 2,you should remember B like that..
Next day memorize next 5 alphabets the same way and so on..
After a week,you will be able to memorize all the alphabets and it's number associated and viceversa.
This technique helps in improving your memory power and also helps to remember more number of numbers or big sentences.
