What to do when you are bored, frustrated or feeling depressed?

What to do when you are bored, frustrated or depressed?

When I am bored  I do some of the activities mentioned below.

1) Blogging : I try to write a post on my blog or else go through the videos related to blogging in youtube.
2) Watching YouTube: I watch magic shows,comedy programs,dance programs, motivational videos, spiritual speeches etc in youtube.
3) Read a book: I started reading a book now a days to improve knowledge as well as English.
4) Playing : I used to play carooms,cricket,TableTennis,foosball etc when I get bored.I also play some mobile games related to puzzles,racing etc.
5) Writing: I try to write some songs or poetry when I am bored.
I also spend some time thinking of some stories for movies.
6) Thinking: Most of my free time ,I spend thinking on inventing some new tool for agriculture or for society.I also think of some social welfare activities that I wanted to do to the society.
Also thinking on how to earn money as much as I can.
7) Motivational Lecture: If someone is interested,I spend time motivating him with some stories or example along with some moral values.
8)Spend Time with Family Members:On top of all,I like to spend time with my family members chit chatting or working with them for sometime in agriculture field.
